The Clerk/Treasurer is an appointed position. The Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for the town records, elections, and day to day operation of the Darien Town Hall. Also, responsible for reconciling the Town's accounts and the end of each month.  Town of Darien provides an annual audit under sec. 60.43.(2) by a certified public accountant or the Department of Revenue.
