Board of Review is when you appear in front of the Board of Review committee to explain your objection on your property assessment for 2026. Also, at the same time Accurate Assessor will be able to explain what determined your new assessment. Both parties will be sworn in. 

The objection form 'PA-115A Objection to Real Property Assessment' can printed on line from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue or pick one up at the Darien Town Hall. This completed form MUST BE RETURNED TO THE TOWN CLERK BY TUESDAY, AUGUST 24 4:00 P.M. Otherwise it will be considered late and the Board of Review Committee does not have to review your case. 

Please do not contact any of the Town Board members to discuss your property ahead of time.
