A note from the developer
The Darien Solar Energy Center is a 250-megawatt solar power generation facility under construction in Walworth and Rock Counties, Wisconsin, targeted to begin operating in late 2024/early 2025. The solar technology at the facility will deliver enough clean electricity to power 50,000 American homes, support over 400 jobs during construction and inject $145 million into the community through its operational life.
