The Wisconsin Towns Association, in partership with Scott Construction, Inc., and Rural Mutural Insurance Company, is excited to announce the 2026 WTA Scholarship Contest. They invite Wisconsin's graduating high school seniors to planning to attend a Wisconsin public or priviate college or university to participate innovatively writing an essay answering this year's question for a chance to win one of ten $1,500.00 scholarships.
