THE CONFERENCE LINE WILL BE OPEN AT 9:45 a.m. CDT AND ALL BIDS WILL BE OPENED AFTER 10:00 a.m. CDT.  IN PERSON BID OPENINGS WILL BE DISCONTINUED AT THIS TIME. The Town Clerk will be accepting the bids until 10 a.m. at N2826 Foundry Road.
